Abstract
Micro and small business owners usually understand their products through daily production and selling experience, but this knowledge is not always organized into verifiable product facts, quality points, customer benefits, and consistent information. This community service activity addressed that gap among MSME owners in Meruya Selatan, West Jakarta. The face-to-face session was held on 7 May 2026 and involved 25 participants, including 20 women and five men, with culinary businesses as the dominant sector. The learning process combined concise explanation, familiar product examples, guided questions, experience sharing, and closing reflection. Four connected elements structured the intervention: product attributes, quality consistency, customer benefits, and product information across labels, packaging, sales conversations, and digital channels. During the forum, participants compared the framework with their own business experience and verbal feedback indicated that the topic was relevant and required further mentoring. The activity produced an initial product-review framework built around four questions: what product facts must be clarified, what quality points must remain consistent, what customer benefits can be justified, and what information must be communicated. The framework provides a practical bridge between tacit production experience and customer-oriented product information. Further mentoring is needed to apply and evaluate it on participants' actual product artefacts.
