New Template of JEECS

Starting from Vol 10 Issue 1, JEECS uses a new writing format. JEECS is still written with 4 sections: Introduction - Research Methodology - Results and Discussions - Conclusion, written with a 1-column system, using Cambria font, IEEE reference format.
