Semar: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya. This journal covers various studies related to community service from various fields of science using Bahasa Indonesia. This journal also contains reviews of scientific research and its applications, criticism or comments on research / community service that is in direct contact with the community, the results of applied research that are downstreamed for community / community-based use.

The focus and scope of community service in this journal include but are not limited to: Engineering, Social, Politics, Communication, Business and Economics, Science, Law, Education, Health, Sports, Language, Arts.
